What is a fair price for a line producer to do up a budget for a feature film script?

I'm a Delhi/NCR, India based Exec Producer with 25 years of intensive experience across the production landscape. Have put together, numerous documentaries, feature films, shorts and commercials in my career. Hello everyone, I'm a Line producer/Exec Producer based in Delhi. India and work on features & documentaries. Currently am working on producing a series of dance based experimental shorts and am looking for advise on finding funding avenues for it (since the project doesn't fall under the category of a conventional 'short' film). I have a London based award winning director who is in love with the concept and we are looking to get the project going as soon as possible. We have a couple of projects looking for funding. First one is a sub million $ budget and the other is a $4.5 mn budget project. The $4.5 mn one is set in Chicago and India and is a love story set in the backdrop of a charged up political scenario. The micro budget is a dark thriller set in Delhi and surrounding areas.
