Expand postHi everyone, Recently published my memoir in 2018. ADDITIONALLY, a feature-length, and multi-award winning documentary titled "Uncle Gloria, one helluva ride" based on my book was also produced several years ago and is currently streaming on various VOD platforms.
I just finished writing a screenplay loosely based on the book, and excited about the prospects of having it optioned in the near future. Presently I'm actively seeking an agent to represent my script so I can move on to writing a sequel to the book and a possible sequel to the script.
A new adventure awaits me, and I hope to seek agent representation real soon. Any advice or assistance in finding an agent would be greatly appreciated!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH
In addition to the book, script. and doc film, I also have a podcast written ( pilot and 8 episodes) waiting to be optioned. Lots of good things for an awfully exciting and gritty true story. Will start submitting my script to prospective agents this coming week.

Excellent presentation. What still sticks in my mind today is the example of BB and the use of the color blue--how such a minute detail like that plays with the mind of the audience.

First, when C Mack (!) talked about how a writer can present to Netflix, he said that good writers must get an agent but that "the cream always rises to the top", and that's given me hope. The second thing was his recommendation of "Lupin". I watched the series and really enjoyed it. I especially liked the dog who kept barking every time he heard the bad guy's name. That is definitely a writer's touch AND an element that I used in a play I wrote years ago, so it was a tiny sign that I am on the right track.
