July Stage 32 Austin, TX In-Person Meet-up
Happy July, Austin-based creators! This month, I’m kicking off what I hope to be the first of many, in-person Stage 32 Meetups here in Austin, Texas! Let's come together in person on Thursday, July 20th! While this is a great opportunity to network and meet new local creative professionals, this is also the best time to check in with community members you have already met and support each other. Join me, Ashley Smith, for an evening of fun and conversation with your fellow directors, screenwriters, producers, actors, cinematographers, editors, and other industry creatives at Speakeasy’s Music Lounge. This event will last from 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm. The Music Lounge is comprised of stunning hardwood finishes and a roaring 20’s vibe. Guests can listen to local Austin musicians live on a near-nightly basis. Enjoy a comfortable, yet classy atmosphere at one of the candlelit tables. Don't wait to network! Let's come back together in person ahead of this month's "Introduce Yourself Weekend" starting Friday, June 16th in our Introduce Yourself Lounge. While this is a great opportunity to network and meet new people in the industry, this is also the best time to check in with community members you have already met and support each other. Take a moment to reach out with a direct message before you meet in person to start the conversation today! Join me, Kay Ross, and our Stage 32 Writer Liaison, Emily Jermusyk, for an evening of fun and conversation with your fellow directors, screenwriters, producers, actors, cinematographers, editors, and other industry creatives! This event will last until 9:00 pm but you're welcome to stay and enjoy the live music. Upon arrival, please check in, grab a nametag, and get an official photo! You'll be directed inside from there. Westside Screenwriting Mixer
